PERSONAL:
Dustin Byrd is a graduate of Enterprise High School (1994), Auburn University (1999), and Jones
School of Law (2007). During his college career, Dustin was a walk-on and later a scholarship player for the Auburn University football
team and was named to the Southeastern Conference Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. Upon graduation from college, he worked in various sales
capacities and attended law school while working for Alabama Power Company in Montgomery. In law school, Mr. Byrd distinguished
himself as a member of the Jones School of Law Trial Team. Dustin’s practice will be concentrated in civil defense, criminal defense,
real estate, probate and domestic relations.
Mr. Byrd is currently involved
as a board member for the Alfred Saliba Family Services Center, Chrysalis and the Wiregrass Auburn Club. He is also a member
of First Baptist Church in Dothan, Alabama. In addition, Dustin is an avid supporter of Auburn Athletics and enjoys spending time
with his family. Dustin is married to the former Jennifer Carmichael of Enterprise, Alabama, and they have two children.
